Join Our Volunteer Group
We are always looking for new volunteers, and we would love it if you joined our group. Stop by or call us anytime. Our doors are always open.

Donate
Our idea is simple. The next time you buy rice for yourself, grab an extra bag. If you are unable to, or perfer not to do this, we also have a plan where you can sign up to donate 50 RMB (7 USD / 5 GBP) per month for one year. This is an easy, and on-going way to make a big difference in the lives of hundreds of children. Rice and other items will be delivered every two months, with occasional trips in between the bi-monthly distribution. If you choose to donate rice or other items, there are five drop off locations in PuDong with a plastic storage bin in front of the home to leave the rice in. For monetary donations, please contact Diane.

However, our efforts do not stop here. Once we have met this goal, we will go on to fulfill the other needs of the children at Lao Wang's Orphanage in the following order of priority:

	Eggs
	Fruit
	Milk Powder
	Infant Formula
	Diapers
	Hygiene Products

We will take anything you have to offer, new or used (except the diapers, of course). The Lao Wang Orphanage is in such dire need for these items that we cannot afford to be picky, so please donate anything you can: nearly empty hygiene products, garage sale items, toys, clothing, blankets, food, etc. Your donation is safe with us. Anything that we cannot use will be donated to another charity that can.

Host Your Own Fundraiser
You can host your own fundraiser to raise funds for the AnHui Orphanage, then donate the proceeds to our organization. This allows our efforts to spread across the seas. Some ideas for fundraisers:

If you know of a fundraiser or event happening in your area, please let us know. We do our best to find local events that we can host a fundraising booth at, but sometimes we miss some due to the vast number of events happening in Shanghai.

Sponsor a Teenager for Boarding School
There are many teenagers at Lao Wang's who need to go to a good school to help prepare them for life outside of the orphanage. By sponsoring a child and sending them to boarding school, you will be ensuring the future or one child. One year of boarding school is 5,200.00 RMB, which is about $760.00 USD.
