Mifan Mama was founded in 2009 by Julie and Tony Martens and four expatriate women living in Shanghai. All of whom have the drive, compassion and motivation to help Chinese orpans. Their main mission is to better the life of orphans at Lao Wang's orphanage in An hui by assisting with basic food supplies, medical and eduational needs. Since then their support has extended across China to many orhanages and hundreds of children.
The name "MiFan MaMa" was chosen because "MiFan" means "rice" and "Ma Ma" is the appropriate term for "mother" here in
Boxes of Love 2012
Its that time of year again and this year we have set a goal to pack 10,000 boxes of love off to orphans. Much support is needed to decorate and fill the boxes. If you want to help please contact us on boxesoflove@mifanmama.com
